Supported headers. Buffer: text, due_at, service. Later: caption, scheduled_time, platform. Hootsuite: Message, Scheduled Date, Network. Anything else falls back to first three columns.

We re-parse the CSV server-side on commit. Rows without a matching connected account are returned in unmatchedPlatforms.
